Leicestershire & Rutland Community Foundation are delighted to be working with the Eales family to launch the Eales Family Foundation. The new charitable fund has been established in memory of their parents who grew up in Leicester’s Highfields community.
The fund will open for applications on 1 June 2026, supporting enrichment opportunities for children and young people attending Catherine’s Infant School, Catherine’s Junior School, Highfields Primary School and Charnwood Primary School.
The fund aims to give local pupils access to activities and experiences that enhance learning, confidence, creativity and wellbeing.
Grants will be available to support enrichment activities for pupils, helping schools and organisations provide opportunities beyond the classroom.
Applications for the fund will open on 1 June 2026 and close on 13 July 2026.
