Louise our Grants Manager applied along with 41,000 other people to be a volunteer at the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games. Doesn’t she look great in her uniform!
After a successful interview back in 2021, she was offed a volunteering role within the Fleet Services Team.
As a T2 driver she will be using one of the many electric cars to take dignitaries, commentators, medal presenters, ex athletes and commonwealth team members to the variety of destination where events are taking place.
Having already started her shifts, she has driven the Chef De Mission from Mauritius and the Malawian Judo coach to visit the venues their athletes will be competing in.
