Service Specification for Independent Oversight
The St Philip’s Centre is currently undertaking a thorough review of its governance structure, legal constitution, aims and objectives as an organisation. This review is designated “Forward with Confidence.”
The Forward with Confidence review has been undertaken by means of a brief online survey (https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/N9D2QVQ) and a series of one-to-one and group consultations, facilitated by the Director and Deputy Director of the Centre. As a further part of the review, the Centre is seeking expressions of interest to undertake approximately twenty days work deepening our engagement with our stakeholders.
The successful candidate will, working with the Director,
- Provide independent oversight of the review.
- Ensure the voices of all stakeholders are heard. This will include one-to-one conversations with key stakeholders, analysis of survey data and other appropriate strategies.
- Present an interim report to the Trustees’ meeting on Tuesday 5th September and a final, detailed report, including discussion of possible ways forward, at the Trustees’ Away Day on Monday 30th
The contract will end on Tuesday 31st October 2017.
Interested candidates are invited to tender within the region of £4500.
