Leicestershire and Rutland Community Foundation were delighted to attend the declaration ceremony of the new High Sheriff of Rutland, Richard Cole (DL) at Oakham Castle.
Richard has been a resident of Rutland since 1989, and has been a trustee of local charities and an active supporter and volunteer with various organisations in the community. Richard takes over from former High Sheriff Geraldine Feehally.

The High Sheriff of Rutland Fund supports the work of local charities in Rutland through the Community Foundation platform, and we look forward to working with Richard over the coming year.
