Useful resources

Alongside our work on behalf of local donors and funders, the Community Foundation focuses on partnership working and collaboration within the city and two counties. This ensures local voluntary sector groups can be referred to other organisations offering help, support and funding locally.

Have a look at the following useful resources when looking for assistance or planning a funding application:

CASE

In addition to its services delivering capacity building, advice, training and support to people wanting to set up co-operatives and social enterprises in Leicester, Leicestershire and the East Midlands, CASE offers support to organisations seeking to improve their services to local communities.

This service is of special relevance to groups embarking on Reaching Communities and other Big Lottery projects as they are required to complete an organisational strength review within the first three months of commencement of project funding.

More information is available at www.case.coop or can be downloaded here: CASE Big Lottery support provision.
