We are currently recruiting for a part-time Outreach Funds Co-ordinator to work with charity, voluntary and community groups.
The role will involve identifying and arranging meetings and visiting groups to understand their work within the community. You will be assisting and advising them with form filling and accessing funding along with understanding more about the group and their aims and objectives.
Linked in with this work there will be administration to follow up including inputting information onto the database and ensuring records are clear and accessible.
Working with the Business Engagement Executive and the Chief Executive you will be assisting in responding to donors’ needs by collating relevant information on groups.
The role requires an individual who is organised, confident, able to work on their own initiative and be part of a small and hard-working team.
The hours are 19 hours a week, you will need to be flexible as some groups may operate at weekends or out of hours and you should have your own transport – expenses will be paid.
