Greenlight is major one-day festival celebrating and showcasing sustainable living in Leicester and organised by local volunteers.
The event features over 40 interactive stalls, over 20 expert talks and practical workshops as well as an art exhibition, music, local food, lots of useful information on going green at home and much, much more.
The will be a huge range of Leicester’s environmental community projects being showcased and the event shares lots of ideas you can take at home, in business and in your local community.
There are lots of opportunities to get involved and if you’d like to perform, host a workshop or talk, join the organising team or volunteer and help out on the day you can do! Greenlight festival 2014 will take place on Saturday 22nd March, 2014, from 11am until 6pm in the Queens Building on the De Montfort University Campus, Mill Lane, Leicester.
