Who are we?

Our capacity is a Board of 16 and a staff of 4, with between them a range of skills including business knowledge, investment management, raising finance, grant-giving, innovation, and a constantly up-dated understanding of the many communities and their needs in Leicestershire and Rutland, rural and urban.

We aim to work in partnership with organisations who can help us deliver well; with our donors, with companies large and small; other Trusts, with the City, County and Borough councils, with Voluntary Action Leicestershire and Voluntary Action Rutland; the Rural Community Council; with emda, with the universities; and on a national level as well, with companies and with Government, where it helps us meet local needs.
