Katy Green: Director

Katy works with the Board to develop the profile and strategic direction of the Foundation and is the main point of contact for setting up donor funds.
Katy joined in December 2008, after 16 years in the media industry, most recently at EM Media. Before becoming a producer, she worked in play and youth work, including national projects such as Leicester Street Play and Safe Routes to School, redesigning urban areas through interactive community consultation.

Jane Avery: Grants Officer
Jane manages all our grant giving, working closely with our Grants Panel, and she is a first point of contact for grants information and support with applications, and for Leicestershire First.
Jane joined the foundation in May 2009, from Case-da, the Leicestershire Co-operative and Social Enterprise Development Agency. Her background includes developing community businesses and groups, specialising in hard to reach groups and communities. She ran her local village pub for many years.

Polly Rolfe: Finance and Operations Officer
Polly joined the Community Foundation in February 2009, having worked as a project manager and fundraiser in the arts, most recently for Creative Northamptonshire, and before that at The Stables, a live music venue in Milton Keynes. She plays clarinet for Northamptonshire Orchestral Winds. Polly works across the Community Foundation, setting up and maintaining our legal and financial systems, and ensuring operational efficiency.
