Recent grants we have given

In December 2008 we gave out grants to:

Lighthouse Learning £4,065 towards an extra curricular learning scheme for children and young people in Leicester.

Sinfonia Viva – Life in the Forest £10,000 towards a composition and performance project with north west Leicestershire schools.

Menphys - £27,000 towards an out of school club providing activities for children with disabilities from Leicester and Leicestershire.

Carillon Radio – Hermitage FM £35,000 towards a new community radio station in Coalville.

Diseworth Heritage Centre - £27,960 towards display cabinets and other fixtures and fittings for the heritage centre.

Full Force Kickboxing £17,633 towards a martial arts project for young people in Charnwood tackling crime-related issues.
