Leicestershire County Council www.fundingtoolkit.org (funding toolkit – a web site helping groups to search for suitable funding organizations and charities including funding obtainable through the County Council and other local councils in Leicestershire, other local funders, charitable trusts and up to date information on lottery programmes. The site also provides useful information on preparing and submitting successful applications and information about “jargon busting” which can sometimes be confusing for those groups new to funding applications. There is a very simple online registration form to fill in to gain access to their searchable database. Don’t forget to tick the box to obtain a regular electronic funding newsletter from the County Council).
